For smaller items such as Wheelchairs, Wheelchair and Scooter Accessories and Walkers are delivered through local delivery couriers such as Post Office, DPD, Fedex, Hermes and Evri.  You will receive an email once your order is dispatched and should receive it within 3-5 working days. Delivery is calculated at checkout. Please note if your item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you and discuss further options.

If you have a disability or long-term illness, you may be able to purchase some of our products without paying any VAT. The government allows certain products to be zero-rated for VAT purposes (i.e. no VAT needs to be charged) to reduce the cost of the practical products which you may need because of your disability or long-term illness.
