For smaller items such as Wheelchairs, Wheelchair and Scooter Accessories and Walkers are delivered through local delivery couriers such as Post Office, DPD, FedEx, Hermes and Evri. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched and should receive it within 3-5 working days. Delivery is calculated at checkout. Please note if your item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you and discuss further options.
Standard Delivery (Small Items) - £9.99
Standard Large Delivery (Boxed) - £49.00
Some of our smaller Mobility Scooters and Rise and Recline Chairs can be delivered unboxed and pre-assembled. Pre-assembled and Unboxed deliveries are delivered through local delivery couriers such as DPD, FedEx, Hermes and Evri.

Please note that if you choose this delivery option, your product may be delivered outside of your home and may be delivered on a pallet, some couriers are unable to bring the item into your home.

This delivery option requires you to fully unbox and assemble your product. We have guides to help set up your product, please contact us if you require further assistance on 0333 091 9991 or email us on info@discountedmobility.co.uk.

Please note this delivery option is not available to all Mobility Scooter and Rise and Recline Chair deliveries. Delivery options for specific models are available at checkout.

Engineer Assembly and Full Demonstration Delivery - Upgrade for only £60.00
A qualified engineer will deliver your product at a pre-arranged convenient time. The engineer completes a pre-delivery inspection and fully assembles your product prior to delivery. At the time of the delivery your product is delivered inside your home and you will receive a complimentary full demonstration on how to use your product. Once the demonstration is complete the engineer will answer any questions you may have about your product and remove any packaging if required. No mess or fuss.

If you would like to upgrade your delivery to a an Engineers Full Assembly and Demonstration simply choose the delivery option on the product page. This will add the delivery to your order. Please note there are some products that can only be delivered by an Engineer and therefore do not require the upgrade.
We recommend all Mobility Scooters and Rise and Recline chairs are delivered by a fully qualified Engineer to ensure your product is assembled correctly and safely and you can enjoy using your product straight away.
Once you place your order, we will be in touch to book a convenient date to receive delivery of your product. This is normally completed with 10 working days. This delivery service is provided through our delivery partner HDD.
