If you have a disability or long-term illness, you may be able to purchase some of our products without paying any VAT. The government allows certain products to be zero-rated for VAT purposes (i.e. no VAT needs to be charged) to reduce the cost of the practical products which you may need because of your disability or long-term illness.

To qualify to VAT Relief please select the "I am VAT Exempt" when adding your product to your cart and selecting your condition at the checkout from our drop-down list, if you are unable to find your condition, please select “Other” and enter your condition in the box labelled “Other”.

If you don't qualify, please select the "I am not VAT Exempt" when adding your product to your cart and select “I do not qualify for VAT Relief” in the checkout and VAT will be added to your order.
